Our most favourite season is coming soon. Any guess? Yes, winters and where we are ready with Desi ghee and nuts, are two such ingredients that define winters for us. Ghee is a source of fat, but is considered to be a 'good' fat because it is replete with many nutrients. One of the healthy nutritional ladoo, it’s nutritionally rich due to the high protein and mineral value present in its main ingredient. This recipe made with a combination of dry fruits, seeds and lentil. It is a perfect sweet craving recipe which helps to control the hunger and provides the required nutrient and is healthy too. These ladoos are best perffered as a healthy snack in between meals and it helps to stay energetic throughout the day. These are so good to taste and for your tongue. Generally, these ladoos are made with protein powder and additives, but my recipe is organic. Strawberry Naralachi Vadi

Naralachi vadi is a traditional Maharashtrian recipe. Traditionally Naralachya Vadya or Coconut Burfi are made by using only three ingredients namely, scrapped Coconut, Sugar and Cardamom powder. It is generally made on Narali Poornima or Raksha Bandhan in Maharashtra. It's not just the thread of love that makes Raksha Bandhan so special but also the delicious sweets prepared on this day which also marked by Narali Poornima. A short glance to Narali Poornima, it falls on the auspicious occasion of Shravan Poornima , is not just a wonderful celebration but also a tribute to the bounties of nature. An awaited festival, Ganesh Chaturthi, is finally here.While every year Lord Ganesha’s arrival is celebrated with enjoyment, enthusiasm, joy, togetherness. Ganpati Bappa’s arrival is celebrated with various savouries and sweets, especially modaks which are believed to be his favourite. So, I have come up with a beautiful modak recipe. Cottage Cheese sounds so different, correct? Yes it is uncommon in ‘modak world’ but very much effective for today’s busy life when we don’t have much time to cook. Ingredients:  200gms - Cottage Cheese (Paneer)  15ml - Milkmade  200gms - Milk Powder  15gms - Cashew Powder  35gms - Powder Sugar(As Per Taste)  40gms - Dry Fruits(Chopped)  10gms - Rose Petals(Dried)  2gms - Cardamon Powder Method: Take a mixer grinder and grind the paneer to a smooth texture(Make sure the paneer is soft.)
