One of the healthy nutritional ladoo, it’s nutritionally rich due to the high protein and mineral value present in its main ingredient. This recipe made with a combination of dry fruits, seeds and lentil. It is a perfect sweet craving recipe which helps to control the hunger and provides the required nutrient and is healthy too. These ladoos are best perffered as a healthy snack in between meals and it helps to stay energetic throughout the day. These are so good to taste and for your tongue. Generally, these ladoos are made with protein powder and additives, but my recipe is organic.
